Therese Davis Brown

Therese is originally from Chicago and trained under Elise Flagg before joining Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Professional Division. She then danced professionally with Pennsylvania Ballet (now called Philadelphia Ballet), Grand Rapids Ballet, and the Dutch National Ballet Junior Company.

Therese pursued her education throughout her dance career and graduated with a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021. Since graduating, she has worked in a lab studying heart failure and as a Clinical Research Coordinator for oncology clinical trials. Therese currently works at Northwestern University’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), which works to protect the rights and welfare of human research subjects. She is also pursuing her MS in Law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law to increase her understanding of the legal, regulatory and business underpinnings of the clinical trials industry.
