Roland works in investment banking at Lazard in the industrials mergers and acquisitions group within financial advisory.
Prior to Lazard, Roland worked at J.P. Morgan and OC&C, a global strategy consulting firm where he focused on corporate strategy and M&A. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BA from Columbia University.
Roland is originally from Washington D.C and trained at the Washington School of Ballet, dancing alongside the company in many of their productions. After graduating high school he was invited to be in Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Professional Division where he performed with PNB while taking two gap years. After injury setbacks, Roland turned down the opportunity to join several ballet companies to go back to school.
