Robyn Jutsum

I am a former professional ballet dancer turned New York City-based marketing, communications, and fitness professional. Originally from Minneapolis, I trained at Ballet Arts of Minnesota and Minnesota Dance Theatre, with summers at the School of American Ballet, Kaatsbaan, and Joffrey Chicago. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Butler University in 2016 with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Journalism.

Upon moving to NYC, I pursued a freelance dance career—participating in Steps on Broadway’s Work/Study Program, working with creatives and choreographers such as Sevin Ceviker, and dancing with the Eglevsky Ballet. My transition into arts marketing began as the Social Media and Marketing Manager for Rachel Neville Photography. In 2019, I joined Gaynor Minden, moving into their Marketing Team full-time in 2021. To further my expertise, I also completed remote coursework in Non-Profit Arts Management through NYU’s School of Professional Studies from 2020 to 2023.

Driven to stay active post-retirement, I immersed myself in the boutique wellness scene. In 2020, I began teaching and managing social media part-time for The Ballet Spot. In 2024, I joined Lit & Lean, where I currently teach group fitness (sculpt) classes and provide administrative and events support directly to the founder.

I am deeply committed to continuous growth. In February 2026, I took on a volunteer role as the Outreach and Communications Coordinator for Pointeworks, led by Sophie Williams (Artist at Texas Ballet Theatre). Most recently, in June 2026, I sharpened my brand strategy skills by earning a certificate in Luxury Branding and Creation through LVMH.

Whether elevating a brand's narrative, leading a fitness class, or collaborating on arts outreach, I am driven by creative excellence and a lifelong commitment to the performing arts. In my downtime, I’m still cooking, baking, and dancing my way through NYC!
