Matthew Gattozzi

Matthew is originally from Boston, MA. He started ballet through the Citydance program at the Boston Ballet School. He trained at Boston Ballet School for 10 years until he graduated high school from The Roxbury Latin School. He was a professional division student at the Pacific Northwest Ballet for two years and was able to be in many productions before moving to Austin, TX to dance with Ballet Austin.

Unfortunately, during his second season with Ballet Austin, he sustained a back injury that ended his career early. Fortunately, as he was dancing, he was always taking photos and videos for fun. In 2018, after the injury, Matthew started to freelance in Austin shooting photos and videos for local businesses. Over the years, he started to work with brands across the world and now has a studio, Goodo Studios, with a team of 7 creating the best content with top consumer brands. He is now back in Seattle, WA with his wife enjoying life, the mountains, and business.
