Lexa Armstrong

Lexa Armstrong was born and raised in Florida. She trained pre-professionally at Next Generation Ballet at the Patel Conservatory, won the Gold Medal for Senior Classical Women at the American Dance Competition/International Ballet Competition, and attended summer intensives at American Ballet Theatre, the School of American Ballet, and Boston Ballet.

In 2020, Lexa graduated from Columbia University, where she majored in English and Dance and completed a Special Concentration in Business Management.

Following graduation, Lexa joined OC&C Strategy Consultants, where she developed growth strategies for leading global consumer, retail, technology, and services businesses and conducted due diligence for investment. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School, where she continues to explore the intersection of business, creativity, and innovation.
