Perioperative Assistant, UCHealth
Boulder Ballet
I started dancing at the age of 3 in Boulder, Colorado. While training, I attended summer intensives at The Harid Conservatory, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, and Texas Ballet Theater. After high school I spent two years in the Atlanta Ballet conservatory program, performing company corps roles in "The Nutcracker" at the Fox Theater. At age 19 I then returned to Colorado, and joined Boulder Ballet. In my seven seasons in the company, I performed roles such as Dew Drop Fairy in "The Nutcracker", the penché girl in Paul Taylor’s "Airs," Helena in "A Midsummer’s Night Dream," and guested as Myrtha in the school's production of "Giselle",.
While dancing and teaching, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences online through the University of South Dakota, initially with a pre-nursing focus. Once discovering the path for Certified Anesthesiology Assistant, she worked with the University of Colorado, Boulder to complete the necessary pre-requisites and study for the MCAT. I applied for Masters in Anesthesia Sciences programs in 2025, and was accepted. I begin classes in September 2026 at South University, West Palm Beach!
I am excited to join the SecondAct team and help other dancers navigate and mentally prepare for the transition from pre-professional and professional life into academics!
