Jessica Martinez-Ocasio

After training as a dancer, I decided to pursue a career in retail leadership. It helped me use many of the transferrable skills I gained as a dancer (discipline, resilience, detail-oriented, ability to follow instructions to name a few). After experiencing severe burnout, I decided to pivot in my 40's towards building my own business that would allow me the change to help mid-career professionals overcome burnout and prevent it from happening again. I am also passionate about developing emerging leaders and helping them break the cycle of burnout in the workplace for their teams and colleagues.
