Alli is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently lives in London.
In 2001, Alli and her family moved to Carlisle, PA so she could train full time with Marcia Dale Weary at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet (CPYB). Her pre-professional training also includes Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Studio Maestro in New York City, and coaching from Marsha Kulick, Nicolas Petrov, and Michael Vernon. She spent summers at the School of American Ballet, Harid Conservatory, and BalletMet. At 16, Alli began dancing professionally with Orlando Ballet’s trainee program (later Orlando Ballet II), and she went on to join Colorado Ballet II.
After leaving ballet, Alli earned her B.A. in Political Science from Monmouth University and completed her MSc in Comparative Political Economy at the London School of Economics. She served as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. State Department and later worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, advising public sector clients on strategy, process improvement, and innovation. She has worked across 3 Fortune 10s delivering digital strategy, new product innovation, and program management. She now leads business development and go-to-market strategy at Amazon Web Services in London.
