Leah Hirsch

Leah grew up in Central PA where she trained at CPYB before signing a professional dance contract with the Pennsylvania Ballet in 2011. After dancing with the company as a member of the Corps de Ballet until 2015, she then worked full-time at Penn Wharton Budget Model while continuing to pursue her degree in Economics at UPenn.

After 8 years of undergrad as a part-time student, she then attended CitiGroup’s summer internship in the Sales & Trading division and was subsequently offered a position in the Analyst class of 2019. Upon joining Citi full-time, she rotated through FX Institutional Sales and Corporate Equity Derivative Structuring before joining the Corporate M&A team in late 2022 where she is currently an Associate. Leah is excited to be a part of Second Act and looks forward to guiding her mentees as they work to achieve both their personal and professional goals.
