Claire Harbour

Claire is passionate about creating global leaders, disrupting the way that we shape careers. Life and work in 17 countries, 4 continents and 8 languages afford her a broad perspective; she is a builder of bridges and a connector of people with ideas. Educated at Cambridge University and INSEAD, she uses both brain and heart to solve problems.

 

Her career spans general management, consulting and coaching, across fashion, retail, luxury and media, through professional services, from strategy consulting to executive search and coaching.  She is particularly fascinated with career transitions, and has coached over 2000 people towards greater professional and life fulfillment.

 

She has four children, whom she raised alone in France. They now live in four European countries, each with a strong idea of who they are in life and work. Two of them are dancers, one an actor and one a venture capitalist. She is proud of how their choices have helped shape her thinking about what makes a “good career”, and continues to be amazed at their resourcefulness!
